Shipping & FAQ
-
Yes — your work ships internationally to 19 destinations: United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia.
We do not ship or deliver within Indonesia. Every order is a cross-border shipment, so any customs duties and import taxes are settled on arrival in your country. -
Packaging is dictated strictly by the physical properties of the materials to ensure maximum protection. The following options are available at checkout:
Works on Paper: Ink and dry media works are shipped flat in rigid, secure packaging to prevent any bending or moisture damage.
Rolled in a Tube: The safest and most cost-effective method for canvases. The canvas is carefully un-stretched, protected with professional glassine paper, and rolled into a rigid, heavy-duty tube. Your local framer can easily re-stretch it upon arrival.
Custom Wooden Crate: The artwork is shipped stretched and ready-to-hang. It is securely packed in a custom-built, ISPM-15 certified fumigated wooden crate. This option includes specialized freight handling and full cultural export documentation. -
Exporting original art requires official cultural clearance. Processing times depend directly on the packaging requirements:
Works on Paper: Ships within 4–6 business days.
Rolled Canvas: Ships within 6–8 business days.
Crated Canvas: Ships within 12–16 business days (due to custom crate construction and mandatory fumigation). -
Your work is shipped worldwide by a licensed export company via express couriers (DHL, FedEx, EMS). Transit typically takes 1 to 3 weeks depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates – customs clearance and international couriers dictate the actual transit time. Please also allow for occasional local public and religious holidays at the point of dispatch, which can add a few days to handling.

You will receive a tracking number via email the exact day your package is registered with the courier.

I use flat shipping rates based on the packaging type required for your piece and its destination. The shipping cost is automatically calculated and added to your total in the cart at checkout. Payments are processed securely via PayPal to my representative (credit cards are accepted without an account).
-
All international shipments are sent DAP (Delivered At Place). As the importer, any import duties, customs taxes (VAT/GST), or clearing fees applied by your destination country are your sole responsibility. Every shipment is declared honestly at its true sale value – under-declaring is illegal and voids the shipping insurance. Please check with your local customs office for specific rates before purchasing.

Generally, no. Each original piece is a unique physical object, and returns based on personal preference are not accommodated. However, statutory consumer rights (such as the withdrawal period in the EU/UK) apply as detailed in our Terms & Policies. Screen colors can differ slightly from the physical oil or ink – these natural variations are inherent to physical materials.

Every shipment is fully insured. If the package arrives damaged, document the damage with the courier immediately and file an official report. Take clear photos of the packaging and the artwork, and email us at the address on my Contact page within 5 days of receipt. Keep all packaging layers until the claim is resolved, as required by the carrier's insurance protocols.

Selectively. The task must align with my artistic method – the collision of clear structural composition and spontaneous execution. Send your idea to the address on my Contact page, and we will discuss the details.
